BSW, Inc. Community Employment Services Program provides supported employment for capable, hard-working employees to work in local
businesses.
Services Provided:
Assist consumers in finding suitable jobs.
Assess the requirement of appropriate jobs.
Assist employers
in completing necessary forms for tax credits and other financial needs.
Assist with appropriate job behaviors.
Teach the consumer
(on the job) to perform required job tasks.
Assist in problem solving.
Remain with employee until performance of job tasks meets employers specification.
Remain
in contact with the employer if any future problems should arise.
